HazMat, MedEvac At Maryland Crash Caused Delays On I-83 In Pennsylvania A serious multiple-vehicle crash on Interstate 83 caused delays which led to another crash in Pennsylvania, authorities told Daily Voice on Thursday.  The serious crash in Maryland happened at I-83 North just before Exit 36:MD Route 339/Old York Road. The tractor-trailer leaked fuel onto US Rt. 30 East by Exit: PA 462 - Lincoln Highway, according to Lancaster County Wide Communications.  The jackknifing happened around 2:30 p.m. on Dec. 1, dispatchers explained. No injuries were reported, but a HazMat crew remains on the scene for "spill control," dispatchers said. Company 63 from the  Lafayette Fire Company assisted Lancaster County HazMat with the cleanup.
