A jackknifed tractor-trailer caused major delays on US Route 30 on Friday afternoon. The tractor-trailer leaked fuel onto US Rt. 30 East by Exit: PA 462 - Lincoln Highway, according to Lancaster County Wide Communications. The jackknifing happened around 2:30 p.m. on Dec. 1, dispatchers explained. No injuries were reported, but a HazMat crew remains on the scene for "spill control," dispatchers said. Company 63 from the Lafayette Fire Company assisted Lancaster County HazMat with the cleanup. The fuel came from the tractor-trailer's saddle tanks, the company explained. …

2 Vehicle Rollover Crash Spills Fuel On I-81 In Lebanon County: PennDOT
A crash involving an SUV and a tractor-trailer has shuttered part of Interstate 81 in Lebanon County, PennDOT spokesperson Fritzi Schreffler told Daily Voice. The crash happened at mile marker 92 in Southern Lebanon County just before 5:45 p.m. on Tuesday, May 30, 2023. The tractor-trailer overturned and spilled diesel fuel— closing both lanes through Exit 100 into Schuylkill County, according to Schreffler. It is unclear if anyone was hurt. Tractor-Trailer Crash Along Route 30 Sends 1 Driver To Hospital, Halting Traffic: PennDOT
Part of Route 30 shut down due to a tractor-trailer crash, according to Pennsylvania Department of Transportation. The westbound lanes are closed Exit: PROSPECT ROAD and Exit: PA 441 - COLUMBIA/MARIETTA, according to PennDOT. Hazmat crews are on the scene for a fuel spill, according to emergency dispatchers.
