A Delaware County woman is facing charges for torturing animals in footage she shared online. Anigar Monsee, 28, of Upper Darby, mutilated and tortured the chickens, frogs, and bunnies, in footage shared to YouTube and other social media platforms, multiple news outlets including 6abc and NBC10. A man who police say has an active arrest warrant walked out of Mercy Fitzgerald Hospital on Friday morning, Oct. 6 and has not been seen since, according to authorities.
