Crews responded to a blaze at the Dow Research & Development facility in Bristol on Friday morning, July 26, according to a statement from the company. The fire broke out at the 310 George Patterson Boulevard site around 10:30 a.m., a Dow spokesperson said. A Lansford woman is accused of "causing significant harm" to her infant, said the Northampton County District Attorney's Office.
