Shepherd, 63, and then himself in their home on the 300 block of Sun Hill Road in Penn Township, bringing police to the scene just after 4 a.m., Northern Lancaster County Regional Police said. Man Shot Dead Inside Philly Store, Police Say One man was shot to death inside a Kensington Avenue shop on Tuesday morning, April 9, Philadelphia police said in a release.  Authorities responded to a shop on the 2800 block around 9:30 a.m., PPD said.
