Elevator Arson In Ephrata Under Investigation Two juveniles have been identified in connection with arson in an elevator, Ephrata police said. Police were dispatched to the Windstream parking garage located at Locust and Grant Streets, Ephrata Borough shortly before 5 p.m. on Saturday for reports of smoke coming from an elevator. There they found Ephrata Pioneer Fire Company on scene and the fire extinguished. The elevator sustained fire damage to the wall and floor with smoke damage throughout the unit.
