An accident investigation has closed a road in York County, the regional police announced just after noon on Thursday. The crash happened between East Prospect Road in Windsor Township between Windsor and Freysville roads on Sept. 28, the YCRPD explained. The area "will be closed until further notice," the police said. Check back here for updates.

Firetruck Involved In Crash On Harrisburg Pike
A firetruck was involved in a crash while heading to a house fire on Thursday, the company announced. A Middletown Volunteer Fire Company was struck by a vehicle at the intersection of East Harrisburg Pike/Route 230 and North Deodate Road in Londonderry Township around 7 a.m. on Sept. 28, the company explained. The firefights hopped out of the truck and "immediately provided aid to the driver," who was than taken by South Central EMS to a local hospital. No firefighters were injured. Pennsylvania State Police are investigating the crash.

Twenty or more people are in police custody after a group of "criminal opportunists" looted stores in Center City and elsewhere Tuesday night, Sept. 26, Interim Philadelphia Police Commissioner John M. Hershey Woman Sets Fire To Porch In Hummlestown, Police Say
A 49-year-old Hershey woman was caught burning down someone's porch in Hummelstown, police announced Wednesday, Sept. 27. Tiffany Kay Look was arrested the evening after a patrol officer saw a front porch on fire in the 500 block of West Second Street at 12:58 a.m. on Saturday, Sept. 24. Another officer joined the patrol officer and together they "were able to extinguish the flames preventing the fire from spreading into the house," as stated in the release.
