Barricaded Gunman In Harrisburg Identified By Police Police have identified the gunman at Pennswood apartments who shot his 25-year-old girlfriend while holding her hostage with his 2-year-old son, authorities said. Derrick Hutcherson, 36, of Harrisburg, shot his girlfriend above her left eye, police said. She escaped with help of a neighbor Monday and was recovering at a local hospital, reports say.
