A tractor-trailer rolled over on Interstate 81 on-ramp in Cumberland County on Wednesday morning, Oct. 9, according to officials. Only the trailer flipped at the on-ramp from Exit 52 — Route 11/New Kingston/Middlesex, from Route 11 to I-81 South, according to PennDOT's 511PA traffic cameras. Pennsylvania State Police investigated 580 crashes over the four-day Labor Day weekend. From Friday, Aug. 30 to Monday, Sept. 2, those crashes resulted in 170 injuries and six deaths.
