A Florida man accused of killing a woman and injuring two men at an after-hours club in Pennsylvania will face all charges in Lehigh County Court, authorities announced on Monday, April 28.
Alberto Jose Rios-Santiago, 26, of Deltona, Florida, is charged with felony criminal homicide, two counts of felony aggravated assault, and one count of misdemeanor possessing an instrument of crime, according to the Lehigh County District Attorney’s Office.

The Roger Williams University community is mourning the loss of a junior who died after suffering a medical emergency while studying abroad in Italy, the university announced.
Paige Moreau, Class of 2026, was an architect student and was studying in Florence when she died on Friday, April 26, school officials said.
Paige was deeply involved in campus life at RWU. She served as a Resident Assistant for the Housing Office and worked as a Building Manager with the university’s Student Programs, Leadership, and Orientation (SPLO) department, RWU said.

Mark A. Moses, 49, was heading eastbound when he lost control for unknown reasons at mile marker 233.7 in Monroe Township around 4:30 a.m. on Monday, April 21, Pennsylvania State Police explained in a release.
