Attempted Homicide: Man Stabs Victim Multiple Times, Harrisburg Police Say
A Harrisburg man was arrested after allegedly stabbing another man multiple times in the chest in a South 17th Street residence, police announced on Friday, Jan. 10. Geoffrey Reynolds, 64, is accused of stabbing an adult male in the chest and torso during a violent incident on the 500 block of South 17th Street around 10 a.m., according to the Harrisburg Police Department. The victim was rushed to a local hospital with serious injuries but is expected to recover, police said. Grave Robber Arrest In Swatara Township: Police
The man who stole a grave monument from a cemetery has been identified and arrested, Swatara Township police announced on Friday, Sept. 27. Anthony Reyes-Pabon, 24, of Harrisburg has been charged in connection with the theft of a grave monument at the William Howard Day Cemetery. Reyes-Pabon was charged with Theft by Unlawful Taking, Institutional Vandalism of a Cemetery, and Desecration of Venerated Objects. He was taken into custody on Friday, Sept. 26. Grand Jury Indicts Inmate With Shank In Schuylkill County Federal Prison
A federal prisoner from York has been indicted for possessing a shank in a Pennsylvania facility, authorities said. Anthony Gilbert-Brown, 29, a federal inmate incarcerated at FCI Schuylkill in Minersville, was indicted Wednesday, Aug. 28 by a federal grand jury on the charge of possession of a weapon, according to the U.S. Attorney's Office.
