It happened on Tuesday, Oct. 3 in Levittown, according to Nassau County Police. At approximately 3:50 p.m., a 14-year-old girl was on Division Avenue just north of Church Road — the location of Division Avenue High School — when she was struck by a 2016 Mazda.
