Because there’s no parole in the federal prison system, city resident Jarrell L. Daniels, 29, must serve just about all of the sentence handed down in U.S. District Court in Newark. Man, 20, Shot And Killed In Elizabeth, Reward Of Up To $10K For Info A 20-year-old Elizabeth man was fatally shot in the city early Saturday, the Union County Prosecutor's Office said.  Jamile Robbins was found by police in a parking lot of Irvington Avenue.
