Reckless Driver Arrested After Reaching Speeds Of 100 MPH On Route 4, Officials Say An 18-year-old reckless driver was arrested after authorities said he ignored officers' requests to stop and reached speeds up to 100 miles per hour on Route 4 Tuesday night, Oct. 28.
