$3M In Flood Relief Funds Set Aside For Westchester Homeowners: Here's Who's Eligible As countless Hudson Valley residents work toward recovering from damage caused by severe flooding brought by freak storm events, New York Gov. Four Hospitalized, 40 Displaced In Three-Alarm Westchester Fire Four people have been hospitalized and nine families with a total of 40 persons have been displaced after a three-alarm fire broke out in a four-story apartment building in Yonkers. The blaze at 221 Nepperhan Ave. was reported at 3:15 a.m. Saturday. The four people -- all civilians -- were taken to St Joes Hospital for smoke inhalation, said Thomas Fitzpatrick of the Yonkers Fire Department.
