Man Charged With Making Terroristic Threat To Northern Westchester School District Co-Worker A worker at a high school in Northern Westchester has been arrested for making a threat to a co-worker, police said. Early in the morning on Friday, the Byram Hills Central School District notified North Castle Police of a complainant involving the employee, prompting an investigation of the alleged threat. Following the investigation, Matthew Martorana, 51, of Port Chester was charged with making a terrorist threat, a Class D felony, North Castle Police said.
