Area 21-Year-Old Accused Of Raping Minor 'On Multiple Occasions,' State Police Say A tip led to the arrest of a 21-year-old man who is accused of raping a minor in the area. New York State Police from the Rhinebeck barracks said troopers arrested Dutchess County resident Zachuriah McBride, age 21, of Red Hook, after receiving the law enforcement tip of possible sexual assault.  The investigation determined McBride raped a victim under the age of 13 on multiple occasions.
