Teen Duo Accused Of Bringing BB Gun To Yorktown High School This story has been updated.  Two teenage boys face criminal charges after bringing an inoperable BB gun to a high school in Northern Westchester, police announced. The two boys, ages 13 and 14, were arrested on Monday, Nov. 13, and Tuesday, Nov. 14 following an investigation conducted by Yorktown Police, the department announced on Friday, Nov. 17. According to the department, the events leading up to the arrests began on Wednesday, Oct. 18 around 10 a.m., when a BB gun was found in Yorktown High School. ID Released For Woman Who Died After Jumping From Newburgh-Beacon Bridg Police have identified a woman who jumped to her death from a bridge in the region on Tuesday, Nov. 14. Original report: Woman Jumps From Newburgh-Beacon Bridge Trooper AJ Hicks of the New York State Police announced on Thursday, Nov. 16 that the body of Dutchess County resident Stacy M. Shanahan, age 49, of Beekman, was the person who was found dead under the Newburgh-Beacon Bridge near Fishkill.  No signs of foul play have been discovered at this time, Hicks said. The Dutchess County Medical Examiner’s Office was on the scene aiding in the investigation.
