Two Rescued After Boat Overturns Off New Rochelle Coast Two boaters were rescued when their boat capsized in the Long Island Sound off New Rochelle. Members of the New Rochelle Police Department Marine Unit and paramedics were dispatched to the area of Huckleberry Island between Davids Island, shortly after noon on Wednesday where there was a report of a capsized vessel.
