Colombian Restaurant Chain Opening Location In Westchester A Colombian restaurant chain will soon make its Westchester County debut in Port Chester.. Noches de Colombia, which has more than 15 restaurants in Rockland County and northern New Jersey, is set to open at The Waterfront at Port Chester.
