Nassau Real Estate Agent Charged In $150,000 Mortgage Fraud A Long Island real estate agent has been charged after his involvement in a $150,000 mortgage fraud, according to police. Officers with the County of Nassau Police Department say they arrested Rickie Roberts, 58, of North Valley Stream on Tuesday, Oct. 1 based on a mortgage fraud complaint made by two victims from Freeport on Saturday, Aug. 24. After an investigation by Nassau County Police Department Fraud and Forgery Unit and the New York State Department of Financial Services, it was determined that Roberts showed the victims multiple properties in Bethpage over the course of three years…
