Fugitive Accused Of Murdering Judge Over Custody Ruling Has Ties To New York, Police Say
A wanted fugitive suspected of gunning down a Maryland judge in his own driveway has ties to New York.
Pedro Manuel Argote, age 49, is the primary suspect in the killing of Washington County Circuit Court Judge Andrew Wilkinson, who was shot multiple times outside his Hagerstown, Maryland home on Thursday night, Oct. 19.
Wilkinson was rushed to a hospital where he later died, according to Washington County Sheriff’s officials.

Three men are dead following a week of gun violence in the region.
Albany Police officers were called at around 12:45 a.m. Sunday, June 25, with reports of a shooting near Myrtle Avenue and Philip Street, one block east of the governor’s mansion.
When emergency crews arrived, they found 28-year-old Deandre Morrison, of Albany, suffering from a gunshot wound to his torso.
Morrison was taken by ambulance to Albany Medical Center Hospital, where he was pronounced dead, according to police.

Employee Killed, 2 Others Injured, Including Child, In Shooting At Albany Barber Shop
A 47-year-old employee was killed and two others were injured, including a young child, when a gunman opened fire at a barber shop in the region.
The shooting happened at around 2:45 p.m. Saturday, May 13, in Albany, at the Village Barber & Beauty on Second Avenue near Slingerland Street, according to Albany Police.
When officers arrived they found three victims suffering from gunshot wounds inside the business, including the employee, who had been shot in his torso and shoulder.
