Stamford Preschoolers Are Safer Thanks To Defibrillator Donation, Training STAMFORD, Conn. — Some Stamford preschoolers will be a little safer in their classrooms, thanks to a donation of life-saving defibrillators — and vital teacher training to use them — from the Stamford Paramedic Association and Hands for Life. Stratford Police Make Second Arrest In BAR Shooting/Robbery STRATFORD, Conn. — Stratford police on Thursday arrested a second Bridgeport man in connection with the armed robbery and shooting at BAR earlier this month. Jachim Brown, 30, was arrested at Bridgeport court on an arrest warrant for the Nov. 14 incident, police said.
