Police: Mail Stolen From Morris County Collection Boxes Parsippany Police have issued a warning after two mail collection boxes were broken into overnight. Boxes at 1160 Parsippany Blvd. and 1180 Route 46 were forcibly entered between 4 p.m. Jan. 22 and 7 a.m. Jan. 23, according to police. The mail collection box on Midvale Avenue in Mountain Lakes was also forced open during the same time frame. The suspect emptied the boxes containing outbound mail.
