NJ State Trooper Hurt In Warren County Crash
A New Jersey State Trooper was hurt in a crash with another vehicle on Route 519 in Warren County, authorities said. The collision occurred in White Township just after 2 p.m. on Sunday, May 7, NJSP Trooper Charles Marchan told Daily Voice. The trooper was attempting to turn right onto Route 519 from the shoulder in a marked Ford Explorer when it collided with a vehicle heading north, Marchan said. State Police have released the identity of the dump truck driver killed in a fiery crash with a tractor-trailer and a pickup truck on Tuesday afternoon, March 28. Kevin A. Cougle, 54, of Rockaway, was killed in the crash, NJSP Trooper Charles Marchan confirmed Wednesday, March 29. One Hospitalized After Crash Involving Ford Van In Sussex County: State Police
One person was taken to the hospital following a crash with a Ford van in Sussex County on Tuesday, Jan. 17, state police said. A Kia collided with the Ford van near Layton Road and Route 284 in Wantage around 4:20 p.m., NJSP Trooper Charles Marchan told DailyVoice. The Kia driver was “momentarily” entrapped and extricated before being taken to a nearby hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries, Marchan added. A parachuter was flown to the hospital following a skydiving accident in Sussex County, state police said. The parachuter got stuck in power lines at the Sussex Airport in Wantage around 9:35 a.m. on Saturday, August 13, NJSP Trooper Charles Marchan told DailyVoice.com. A 26-year-old woman was hospitalized after a skydiving accident in Sussex County Sunday morning, state police said.
