? Pair Of Abandoned Kittens Found Soaked, Freezing Behind Phillipsburg Building
The Phillipsburg Animal Control Department is seeking clues after two kittens were found abandoned and freezing wet behind a local dialysis center. The kittens were found Wednesday behind Fresenius Kidney Care on Center Street, the department said. The kittens were “saturated in a wet substance and freezing,” authorities said. Anyone who recognizes the kittens or has information about this incident is asked to contact Phillipsburg Animal Control at 610-721-0762.
