Annie is a proud alumna of Purdue University, with degrees in Broadcast Journalism and Anthropology. She began her journalism career in front of a camera, reporting news across the Midwest.

Annie’s passion for journalism began back in high school during her time in Youth In Government, where she served as as reporter and press editor for several years. She is proud to have pursued her childhood dream of becoming a journalist. From breaking news to archery on horseback to hanging out with kangaroos, Annie is grateful to share the stories and events of those around her.

In her free time, Annie enjoys showing her horses and watching sports. The only granddaughter of Indiana Pacer’s founder Chuck DeVoe and stepdaughter of Purdue Men’s Basketball Announcer and former player Ralph Taylor, Annie’s love for Indiana basketball runs deep.

A US history buff, Annie is proud to provide news to the Capitol region.

Teen Accused Of Stabbing Child Walking To School Along Dundalk Railroad Tracks Baltimore County Police have announced the arrest of a 15-year-old in connection to an attempted murder of a child on a set of railroad tracks in Dundalk back in January. Through surveillance camera footage, police were able to identify the teen as the suspect they believe is responsible for stabbing a child from behind while walking to school, according to the Baltimore County Police Department on Wednesday, March 15. Porch Pirate Plunders Pup From District Heights Home (Video) Prince George's County police detectives have released a video of the suspect who stole a dog from a District Heights home earlier this month. The five-year-old Dachshund named Canelo was stolen from outside of the home on the 6200 block of Foster Street around 5:30 a.m., Monday, March 6, according to Prince George's County Police. Surveillance video shows a woman coming onto the porch of the home and approaching the dog before stealing the dog.
