Paramus PSE&G Project Jams Route 4 PARAMUS, N.J. -- Traffic crawled along Route 4 westbound in Paramus Monday due to roadwork that shut the right lane. The roadwork under the Spring Valley overpass is part of a PSE&G upgrade of the statewide utility infrastructure. The utility company is in the process of installing 69kV transmission circuits to connect PSE&G stations around the state.
