A Rhode Island-based chain of discount stores is expanding in the Garden State. Ocean State Job Lot will open a new location in the Kohl's Plaza on Route 35 in Holmdel. Fire Destroys Food Pantry In Central Jersey
Fire destroyed a food and clothing pantry in Middlesex County, authorities said. The fire broke out in a building leased by Fish Inc. on the 400 block of New Market Road at about 7:15 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 28, according to Piscataway Mayor Brian Wahler, who was at the scene.
