Burglar Found With Women's Clothing, Jewelry After Foot Chase On Route 70: Cops A 34-year-old Brick Township man was arrested and charged with breaking into an apartment and snatching jewelry and women's clothing on Tuesday, Nov. 14, police said Officers responded to the Kentwood Village Apartments after a resident saw a man later identified as Joshua Guarino in their apartment via security camera, Brick Township police said.  Officers found Guarino running from the apartment and ordered him to stop, police said. Pair Arrested With Pills, Drug Paraphernalia On Jersey Shore Police said they made two arrests on drug charges in Brick Township. On Thursday, Oct. 20, at 8:30 p.m., SCU Detectives observed a woman later identified as Tracey Martin, 38, of Brick loitering and asking people for drugs, police said. The ensuing investigation led to the discovery of stolen medications, drug paraphernalia and other prescription medications, police said.
