PalPark Motorcyclist, 33, Killed In NJ Turnpike Crash
A motorcyclist from Palisades Park was killed in a weekend crash on the New Jersey Turnpike in Ridgefield, State Police confirmed. Michael Agudelo, 33, was headed south on the turnpike's eastern spur near the Vince Lombardi Service Area when his Yamaha rear-ended a Buick sedan shortly before 2:30 a.m. Saturday, July 22, NJSP Sgt. Philip Curry said. Augdelo was ejected and sustained fatal injuries, the sergeant said on Sunday. The crash remains under investigation, Curry said.

Motorcyclist Airlifted After Colliding With Dump Truck In Hunterdon County: State Police
A motorcyclist was airlifted to a nearby hospital after colliding with a dump truck in Hunterdon County Thursday morning, July 20, state police said. Motorcyclist, 37, Dies After Hitting Guardrail, Trees In Warren County: State Police
A 37-year-old motorcyclist was killed after crashing into a guardrail and two trees in Warren County on Tuesday afternoon, May 30, state police confirmed. The crash occurred on County Route 521 northbound near milepost 2.3 in Hope Township around 2:20 p.m., NJSP Sgt. Philip Curry told Daily Voice. Gerald Grenewicz, of Blairstown, was riding a Harley Davidson motorcycle that veered off the left side of the road, hit the end of a metal guardrail, and struck two trees, Curry said. Grenewicz was killed in the crash. The incident remained under investigation. No further details were released.

A dump truck driver was hurt in a crash that left gravel scattered along Route 80 and a traffic jam lasting several hours in Morris County Wednesday, May 31, state police said. The dump truck overturned and hit a guardrail in the eastbound lanes near milepost 46.9 in Parsippany just after 5:30 a.m., NJSP Sgt. Philip Curry told Daily Voice. Two people were hurt in a crash involving a passenger van and a minivan in Hunterdon County Thursday, May 11, one of them hospitalized, state police said. The vehicles collided near Wertsville Road on Route 202 in East Amwell just before 9:25 p.m., NJSP Sgt. Philip Curry told Daily Voice. Two passengers were hurt in the crash, Curry said; one of them was taken to a nearby hospital for treatment, and the other refused further medical attention.

Luke Muller, of Stanhope, was driving a Pontiac Grand Prix east on the Route 206 south ramp to Route 80 east when the vehicle ran of the right side of the road, hitting several trees near the exit 25 ramp at milepost 25.3 in Mount Olive just after 3:05 p.m. on Thursday, July 7, NJSP Sgt. Philip Curry told DailyVoice.com. Muller suffered fatal injuries in the crash, Curry said. The crash remains under investigation. Additional details were not released.

A possible drowning victim was airlifted to a hospital Thursday morning, state police confirmed. NJSP and state park police responded to Swartswood State Park just before 10:15 a.m., Sgt. Philip Curry told DailyVoice.com. Initial reports stated that the victim was a male kayaker. The victim was taken to Newton Hospital before being airlifted to Morristown Medical Center, Curry said. The victim’s current condition was not known.

An Infiniti driver was airlifted with serious injuries after veering off Route 80 westbound and hitting a concrete barrier in Warren County Thursday night, state police said. A 56-year-old Warren County pedestrian was struck and killed on Route 519 Tuesday morning, state police said. George Harman, of Belvidere, was hit by a Honda Element traveling south on Route 519 near Windtryst Way in White Township just after 6:10 a.m., NJSP Sgt. Philip Curry told Daily Voice. Harman was killed in the crash, Curry said. The road was closed for more than two hours following the crash, causing mild traffic congestion, Curry said. State Police: Two Cars Collide With Tractor-Trailer Carrying Carbon Dioxide On Route 78
All lanes had reopened Thursday morning after a tractor-trailer carrying carbon dioxide collided with two other vehicles on Route 78 in Hunterdon County, state police said. The crash occurred around Exit 24 near County Highway 523 in Tewksbury just after 6:30 a.m., NJSP Sgt. Philip Curry told Daily Voice. The westbound lanes were temporarily closed while crews moved the vehicles to the shoulder of the road and had them towed, police said. No serious injuries were reported as a result of the crash, Curry said. The scene was cleared with westbound lanes reopened about an hour later.
