Towns throughout the Garden State have not addressed their sick and vacation leave policies, the state's comptroller said. In a letter sent to Gov. A crash involving three tractor-trailers brought traffic to a halt and caused minor injuries on Route 287 in Somerset County early on Monday, Sept. 18, state police confirmed. The crash occurred on the northbound side near milepost 13.2 in Bridgewater Township around 3:50 a.m., NJSP Det. I Jeffrey Lebron told Daily Voice. A tractor-trailer rolled over in Somerset County, according to developing and unconfirmed reports. The crash occurred before 12:30 p.m. on Tuesday, April 5 on Commons Way in Bridgewater Township, initial reports said. The driver was out of the vehicle with injuries, an unconfirmed report said. A driver wielded a handgun during a road rage incident before initiating a police chase and intentionally crashing into a troop car on Route 287, state police said. Russell T. Brown, 62, exited the white Chrysler Town and Country he was driving and pointed a handgun at another driver on Route 287 southbound at milepost 35 in Morris Township just before 4:20 p.m. Friday, state police said.
