Man Broke Into Atlantic City Hall, Stayed Overnight: Police Atlantic City police arrested a man who broke into City Hall on Sunday, Oct. 1 and stayed there overnight, authorities said. Sherif Ramadan, 39, of Atlantic City was charged with burglary, police said.  On October 2, 2023, at 8:50 a.m., police Officers Justin Peyton, Hiram Mercado, and Rusty Bouffard responded to City Hall in the 1300 block of Bacharach Boulevard for an unauthorized person in the building found by staff members. Armed Robber Tied Up Atlantic City Mini-Mart Clerk, Police Say An armed robber was chased and captured after tying up a store clerk in Atlantic City, authorities said. At 2:31 p.m. on Tuesday, patrol officers responded to the Super Mini Mart in the 2300 block of Atlantic Avenue for a panic alarm.  Sergeant TJ Moynihan arrived and found that the store clerk had been robbed at knife point. The suspect had stolen money and other items and used tape from the store to bind the clerk’s hands together before fleeing, police said.
