A crash with injuries jammed up traffic on Interstate 287, authorities said. The crash occurred at about 2:25 p.m. on Monday, April 8 northbound near Exit 2 in Metuchen Township, according to New Jersey State Police. Two lanes were closed to traffic, 511nj.org reported. Based on a preliminary investigation, a Honda SUV and GMC pickup were traveling northbound on I-287. In the area of milepost 2, the GMC collided with the rear of the Honda, State Police said. A tractor-trailer overturned blocking all lanes of the New Jersey Turnpike, authorities said. The crash occurred at about 9:30 a.m. on Friday, March 29 southbound north of Interchange 10 in Edison Township, according to the New Jersey Department of Transportation. The crash occurred at about 8:10 a.m. on Friday, Sept. 29 southbound South of Plainfield Avenue in Edison Township, according to the New Jersey Department of Transportation.
