Claudia J. Smith-Heard, 51, of Millville, was accused of aggressive behavior to get a 4-year-old boy to take a nap on his first day of child care at Golden Gate center on Nov. 1, 2021, according to an affidavit of probable cause filed by Vineland police. A jury found Smith-Heard not guilty on all counts on Wednesday, Feb. 21 after a trial, according to Crystal Harris, criminal division manager. South Jersey Man Found Guilty Of $240 Rite Aid Robbery: Prosecutor A 53-year-old South Jersey man was found guilty of robbing a Rite Aid pharmacy, authorities said. Rodney Green, of Willingboro, was convicted by a Cumberland County Jury during a one-week trial that concluded on Friday, Aug. 26. The jury found Green guilty of second-degree robbery, Cumberland County Prosecutor Jennifer Webb-McRae said. The charges originated from an incident that occurred on Sept. 29, 2020.
