A 43-year-old Prince George's County man was pronounced dead at the scene of an apparent shooting after he was found by members of the Anne Arundel County Fire Department overnight, police say. Capitol Heights resident Tommy Lee Williams, Jr. has been identified by police as the person who was found unresponsive at approximately 6:40 p.m. on March 28 in a gray Hyundai Santa Fe that was parked in the 2100 block of Baldwin Avenue in Crofton. Police have identified the man found shot to death in Prince George’s County Monday night.
