MBTA: Orange Line Construction Incidents Will Not Derail Repair Schedule The MBTA says two recent construction incidents will not push back the date when the entire Orange Line is expected to be repaired.  The first incident occurred when the rear wheels of a stationary piece of equipment slipped off the rails just north of Wellington around 7:20 p.m. on Monday, Aug. 22, an MBTA spokesperson said.
