He potentially faces decades in prison.  Alvin Rivera, of Haverhill, pleaded guilty Monday, March 13, to conspiracy to commit wire fraud, wire fraud, aggravated identity theft, and false representation of a Social Security number, the US Attorney for Massachusetts said.
