Charles Erby Jr. Charged With Luring, Raping Victim
A 46-year-old man has been accused of raping a minor he lured into the woods in Montgomery County, and now police investigators are concerned that there could be other victims. Charles Erby, Jr. was arrested in Washington, DC, where he is being held pending his extradition back to Maryland to face a second-degree rape charge for an incident that was reported last week.
