Another Man Killed After Being Shot In The Head In Baltimore Another man is dead after being shot in the head in Baltimore, authorities say. Officers located the unidentified man after reports of a shooting in the 100 block of North Conkling Street around 7:30 a.m., Tuesday, Sept. 13, according to Baltimore Police.
