The suspect who called the police and advised of a potentially fatal cutting he committed during a dispute been arrested and charged with the murder of his 77-year-old roommate. Patrick Cromwell, 59, has been identified and charged in connection to the death of Joseph Barranco in the 900 block of West University Parkway over the weekend, authorities announced.
