Officers patrolling near Poplar Grove were alerted to a stolen vehicle in the area via a license plate reader, according to the Baltimore Police Department. The BPD’s Aviation Unit ‘Foxtrot’ responded and followed the stolen vehicle before two males ages 16 and 18 bailed out and were located shortly afterward.
