Baltimore Woman Accused Of Shooting, Assaulting Woman Earlier This Month A 32-year-old Baltimore woman who is accused of accused murder has been arrested, police announced. Stepter was taken into custody on Wednesday, March 22 in the 1400 block of Crain Highway, according to the Baltimore Police Department.  Detectives say that Stepter shot at a 36-year-old woman in the 3100 block of Baker Stree on Saturday, March 11. Stepter has been taken to the Central Booking Intake Facility where she was charged with Attempted First-Degree Murder, Aggravated Assault, and numerous handgun violations.
