Suspicious, Scheming Thief Busted For Scamming Residents In Baltimore County, Police Say
A 26-year-old thief was busted for scamming residents throughout Baltimore County, police said.
Alex Rich was arrested on multiple open warrants relating to theft schemes on Friday, March 15, the BCPD announced this week.
Rich was being held without bond at the Baltimore County Detention Center.
Suspicious activity and individuals can be reported to 911, the BCPD said, adding that residents should try to take note of license tag numbers, vehicle descriptions, or suspect descriptions without putting themselves at risk.

Two Men Charged With Rape, Sexual Offenses In Baltimore, Police Say (Developing)
Two men have been charged with rape and other sexual offenses in Maryland, authorities announced.
Late on Friday, Sept. 23, detectives from the Baltimore County Crimes Against Children's Unit arrested and charged both Christopher Prunty, 31, and Francis Conda, 34, with second-degree rape and “several other sexual offense charges.”
No other details were initially provided by police on Friday night.
Both Prunty and Conda are being held without bail at the Baltimore County Detention Center, according to police.
