City resident William Bowles, 29, has been arrested for his alleged role in the early morning stabbing of an elderly woman in the 500 block of Otterbein Street late in November.  The cutting incident was reported shortly after 10 a.m. on Monday, Nov. 27. Wendy Yvette Shabazz, of Laurel, is facing a first-degree assault charge for hitting the 83-year-old woman with the weapon multiple times the morning of Tuesday, Feb. 14 on the 30 block of Orchard Towne Court, Laurel police said.
