Norwalk Man Nabbed After Halfway House Escape A man with a conviction for a weapons charge may be heading back behind bars after attempting a great escape from his halfway house in Fairfield County. Branden Huertas, formerly of Norwalk, was arrested by members of the Norwalk Police Department Special Services Division on School Street earlier this week after escaping from the custody of the Bureau of Prisons.
