41-Year-Old Prince William Man Assaulted 18-Year-Old Female Relative: Police A 41-year-old Prince William man was arrested for physically assaulting an 18-year-old woman who was also his relative, authorities said.  Marc Hickman, of Woodbridge, assaulted the woman after the two got into a fight at an apartment in the 15000 block of Sunny Ridge Court on the morning of Tuesday, May 10, Prince William County Police said.  Hickman allegedly pushed the woman before grabbing her neck during the altercation, police said.
