Attempted Murder For Pair Nabbed Nine Months After Mysterious Virginia Shooting: Sheriff Nearly nine months after a Virginia shooting, authorities have made two arrests. Stafford residents Markus Collins, 33, and Jayden Jones, 19, were charged with attempted murder, aggravated malicious wounding by mob, and weapons offenses in the Nov. 28, 2022 incident, Stafford County Sheriff David Decatur said. An investigation unfolded following the 4 p.m. incident on Elkton Drive in the England Run North Apartments, where two people had been shot. 4-Mile Delays Reported In I-95 Stafford Crash Four mile delays are being reported following a crash on Interstate 95. The crash happened on the northbound side of the highway at mile marker 136 in Stafford around 9:35 a.m., at Enon Road, VDOT says. The north left shoulder is closed.
