Fatal Tractor Trailer Crash Shuts Zachary Taylor Highway

A deadly crash involving a tractor trailer closed a major roadway in Culpeper County Wednesday morning, Sept. 6, State Police said.

The accident happened on Route 522 (Zachary Taylor Highway), north of Route 615 (Rapidan Road) just before 9 a.m., Sgt. Brent Coffey said.

Zachary Taylor Highway was closed and VDOT was at the scene.
