Pedestrians Bang On Car, Assault Driver Through Window In Arlington: Cops Two pedestrians have been arrested for assaulting a driver in Arlington this week, authorities said. Leonardo Guardado Navarro, 29, and  Adonis Johnson, 20, were on foot when they became involved in an argument with a driver on the 3100 block of Wilson Boulevard around 10:40 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 24, county police said. Navarro and Johnson began banging on the victim’s vehicle, causing property damage, and assaulted him through the open driver’s side window, police said.  The victim and one suspect suffered minor injuries that did not require medical attention.  Navarro…

Leesburg Man Armed With Drill, Fire Extinguisher, Arrested For Disorderly Behavior A Leesburg man was taken into custody for damaging property and assaulting a law enforcement officer, officials said. At around 6:30 p.m. on August 17, Elmer Portillo, 53, was damaging property and acting aggressively toward others in a residence located at 300 block of Waterfield Terrace, according to the Leesburg Police Department.
